For two years, we worked with members of the Urgent Care Association of America to study medical malpractice insurance issues related to urgent care medicine. You told us traditional insurers didn't understand your operations, and that too often you were paying premiums that subsidized higher risk medical specialties. We concluded there was a better insurance alternative, an alternative dedicated exclusively to urgent care medicine.

Urgent Care Assurance Company is a Risk Retention Group owned by insured members to provide medical malpractice insurance. Although the company is domiciled and licensed in the State of Nevada, under the Federal Risk Retention Act we have the ability to register and write business in all states.
